There is a common misconception surrounding unemployed cash loans. Just because you are unemployed and need a loan does not mean your are a financial wreck or one who cannot manage your money.
Let’s take the example of a person who has enjoyed full time employment for many years and their place of work outsources or moves to another country. You are put off work and join the unemployment queue. This does not mean your a financial risk or you cannot manage your finances does it?
Lenders recognize this and have a product range that will meet the requirements of an unemployed person. To qualify for such a loan you have to demonstrate the ability to repay the loan. Once you do this then you will in all probability enjoy a loan just as if you were employed full time.
In reality, being unemployed does mean you do not have that much available cash as unemployment benefits are designed to provide you with enough money just to live. Often there is not that much left over once you pay your living expenses and debts.
For a lender to advance unemployed cash loans they charge a higher interest rate. The lender is making good money on providing such a loan and the fact the interest rate is high, takes away any risk across their portfolio.
Ideally, when you apply for a cash loan when unemployed only apply for a small amount you can easily manage. Pay off that loan and when you next apply for another cash loan you can discuss a lower interest rate, higher amount of money you wish to borrow and possibly an extended repayment schedule.
When I was unemployed my interest rate on a thousand dollar loan was thirty two per cent. My next loan was twenty eight per cent and my final loan was down to eleven per cent. The reason why, I paid off the loan as required, I made my repayments in person at the office so I got to know the staff and I paid the day before.
If you really want to make sure you can get a loan when unemployed, pay extra money on your repayment. Take your repayment, add five ten or twenty dollars each repayment period. You will quickly prove to the lender that your not a risk and one who can manage your finances.
When applying for unemployed cash loans only borrow what you can comfortably repay and make your repayments on time every time.
